The South Jersey Regional Library Cooperative (SJRLC) is a multi-type library cooperative serving over 600 member libraries in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. Our membership includes: K-12 school libraries (400+), public libraries (60+) special libraries (50+), academic libraries (9), institutional libraries (9) and library related agencies (3).
 
SJRLC is part of the New Jersey Library Network linking over 2500 libraries statewide. SJRLC services are funded from state tax funds appropriated by the New Jersey Legislature for the New Jersey Library Network.

The New Jersey Library Network also includes the Central Jersey Regional Library Cooperative, Highlands Regional Library Cooperative, and Infolink, the Eastern New Jersey Regional Library Cooperative.

We offer vendors targeted access to our 600+ member libraries through:

• Links on our web page, www.sjrlc.org
• Immediate announcement of offers to our listserv members
• Inclusion of vendor supplied 8.5x11 flyers in a membership mailing. We need 800 flyers for mailings to our membership done about every 4-6 weeks, September to June.

We are willing to pass along information on product/publication discounts to our members under the following circumstances:

• The product/publication is of high quality and potential interest to our member libraries.
• The discount is significant -- we're looking for a minimum of 20% on orders that they can place directly with you, in order to advertise a discount on our web page. Clearly, the higher the discount, the more interest you'll get from our members.

Once a proposal is approved...

• email a draft of a flyer for review. We especially check that:
• the discount is a presented as benefit to our libraries because of their membership in the South Jersey Regional Library Cooperative
• clear instructions are given for contact names for more information or to place orders
• send an electronic copy (.pdf or html preferred) of any flyers you have for us to include in mailings, listserv postings and webpage links for our membership.
• send an HTML document detailing your discount offer for review and posting on the SJRLC web page.
