What do you do when a customer needs help finding a good read??? 
Where can you find good "readalikes"? How can you create useful pathfinders?


Reader's Advisory to the rescue! 

RA 101 will enhance your understanding of people as readers, explore the appeal of books, help you to expand your background in fiction, and go over the readers' advisory interview through lecture, discussion and video clips. 

Part of the class will focus on Novelist with time for some hands-on practice. 

(Novelist has been made free to all New Jersey Public Libraries through the State's Virtual Library Aid, and to SJRLC school libraries through an SJRLC subsidy).
