Meet the new Head of the Library Development Bureau

Nov 3, 2004
Lunch and Program: 1:00-3:00
Mount Laurel Library

Jeff Kesper will start his new position as Head of the Library Development Bureau at the New Jersey State Library on Oct. 4th.   Jeff is succeeding Carol Nersinger, who resigned to become the Director of the Rochester Public Library (NY).

SJRLC and the State Library are co-hosting a program to give you an opportunity to Meet and Greet Jeff Kesper and also to get your questions about the State Library and its projects answered informally by State Librarian, Norma Blake, and Library Development Bureau staff.

Our program will start with lunch (no charge!) at the Mount Laurel Library at 1:00 PM on November 3, immediately following the New Jersey Library Association Program:

"LESSONS from the NORDSTROM WAY:
Customer Service Principles for Libraries."

With Robert Spector, best-selling author of Lessons from the Nordstom Way
November 3, 10-1 at the Mount Laurel Library
