Board meetings are held at the SJRLC office in Gibbsboro on the third Thursday of the month at 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Members are asked to indicate non-attendance at an upcoming Board meeting as soon as possible, and no later than the previous Friday. This is necessary in order to allow time to verify a quorum and communicate the results to the Board.

In the event that action items are insufficient to require a Board meeting, members will be notified of cancellation no later than ten days prior to the meeting.
