Instructions for preparing your computer and logging into the NoveList Webinars

  1. BEFORE THE WEBINAR: SETTING UP YOUR COMPUTER:
     
    • Please prepare your computer prior to your meeting by using this link: http://www.uc.att.com/support/download_attc_participant8x.html

      This will take you to the software to download. (AT&T Connect v8.2 Participant Application) If you are not able to download software, follow instructions # 1 through # 5, and choose Web Participant Application.
       
  2. DAY OF THE WEBINAR: Instructions for joining the meeting (0 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  AT&T Connect will not allow you to join any earlier)
     
    1. Type in or cut and paste the following URL in your browser address bar: http://ebsco.interwise.com/ebsco/meet
       
    2. When prompted, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. This is for identification purposes only during the training session.
       
    3. Enter the Event ID# (which Ebsco will email to you, and will also be posted here prior to the webinar)
       
    4. Select the button, Join Now.
       
    5. Next, decide whether you’d like to participate as a “Participant” or a “Web Participant”:
       
      • Participant Application (Recommended)
        • Must download software.
        • You can use either your computer/microphone or a telephone for the program’s audio.
        • As mentioned above, to download the necessary software in advance, please click on this link.
           
      • Web Participant Application (may experience page loading delays)
        • Do not have to download software, but must use a telephone to hear the audio portion of the program.  A toll free number will be provided.
        • A ‘Dial-In Instructions’ Box will appear. Select your audio choice and follow the outlined steps for connecting.
           
  3. You will now be logged into the event.
