This webinar is designed to help you to better control the 4 major interruptions in the workplace (people, telephones, email and social media) by giving you simple, proven and effective tools and techniques for each of the major interruptions of your time and productivity.

Participants of this webinar will learn and begin to master: 

1. How to handle the “in-person” interruptions including the employees and patrons who just want to talk with you and those that always seem to bring you an urgent situation or problem
    

2. Suggestions for more effectively handling their daily telephone calls and email
    

3. Putting a boundary on social media interruptions while staying connected to colleagues and using an online tool for better communication with your employees and co-workers
    

4. Creating a “catch-up” appointment in your schedule each day to keep you in control of your “to-do list”, projects and other important duties
