Learn how to protect
your personal information, and help library customers do the same.
More
and more, our personal information is "out there". Yet according to a
Pew Internet "Digital Footprints" Report, only 38% of
adults online say they have taken steps to limit the amount of online information that is available about them...
How can you protect your private information, and
help educate library customers to protect their information?
In this webinar, Robert Lackie will provide practical strategies for
hiding your digital footprint and preventing others from obtaining your
personal information.
About the Presenter:
Robert J. Lackie is a
Professor-Librarian at Rider University in New Jersey, where he
co-leads the course-integrated Library Instruction Program and

technology conferences, Professor Lackie has presented over 500
workshops and seminars around the United States, and he has been
published within various professional and scholarly works. His
